Hi, I’m a Brooklyn-based artist with formal training in drawing, printmaking, and fashion design but my favorite education was learning to sew alongside my mom as a child and currently I love watching YouTube tutorials. I worked for more than twenty years building costumes and making design samples. Now I’m committed to realizing my own projects and teaching arts & crafts to others as a way of honoring and continuing my maternal line of handicraft. I enjoy working from intuition, imagination, and in collaboration.
